Plugrá, a premium, European-style butter brand, needed to generate new content that would speak to pastry chefs within a limited budget. Taking advantage of the brand’s existing partnership with the James Beard Foundation, we asked notable chefs preparing for the Celebrity Chef Tour to share behind-the-scenes footage that we then developed into a video content marketing library.

Short, colorful videos interspersed with chef commentary were created to appeal to pastry chefs and bakers in upscale independent restaurant establishments, with the Plugrá product prominently featured.

Hundreds of event photos were taken of James Beard-nominated chefs and candid use of Plugrá.
