feeding frontline heroes during COVID-19
When frontline healthcare workers were faced with long and exhausting hours during the COVID-19 crisis, we came together to help the best way we knew how: by preparing and delivering healthy seafood meals. The Seafood for Heroes Meal Drive, launched in partnership with the nonprofit Napa Seafood Foundation, served 15,000 meals across 19 states in healthcare institutions where they were needed most.
Seafood meals were donated to healthcare workers throughout the country with the help of Red Lobster and other seafood restaurants whose kitchens would have otherwise been unused.
A social media campaign across partner pages helped spread awareness about the program and raise donations for the nonprofit.
